Creative Wellbeing

Creative Wellbeing Books:
Activities for the Classroom

Creative Wellbeing is an ongoing series of books designed to equip practitioners, teachers, workshop leaders and whoever needs this book to confidently deliver new and dynamic activities when working with individuals, groups, communities or organisations.

Activities in the Classroom is a pick-up/put-down book packed with games, activities, and exercises to add to any session, class or workshop, no matter the age, occupation or role.

The book explores a wide range of core creative activities but has been developed with The Five Ways to Wellbeing in mind – from Focus to Storytelling, Emotions to Expression, every page is full of impact.

Each activity is defined into the following chapters:

  • Social Connection
  • Mindfulness
  • Self Expression
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Personal Growth
  • Playfulness
  • Positive Distraction

To support implementation, each activity features a “How to Play” guide, notes on age range, number of participants, time and area of focus, as well as advice and guidance towards supporting wellbeing.

The Creative Wellbeing Books Series is underpinned by the knowledge, expertise and experiences I have developed as a Creative Practitioner, want to know more about my experience? Head to my About Section.
